Jesus of Naz was indeed wise and has many good lessons. But, as with most programmes or doctrines it has been so twisted over the centuries and used by various kings of the earth to control their masses, that most of it is at present nothing other than mind poison in one form or another which soothes and seethes its victims.
That's the way of Nature. Many animals use deception as a means of disabling their prey, and modern "christianity" in many of its forms is no exception, as you well know.
