Re: Depression ALTERNATIVES support forum (solutions).
I think it is better to answer someone in the
Depression forum, with a positive tone, well everywhere, not just the
Depression forum. Someone might mention, it is very hard raising children on your own. How will she support them, what kind of job can she get, what happens to the children when she goes off to work. Men some times need to be asked for help, they have no concept of how hard it is to take care of children. What did she like about this guy in the first place. I think diet has a lot to do with depression, what does she eat.
As for beentheredonethat you really need to let go of your childhood, after all that is why you were depressed for 51 years. I had a awful childhood, I wished my parents would split. When I left home I decided to be happy, and I have been. Beentherenonethat when you grew up you chose to wallow in your painful childhood and be depressed. You are where you want to be at every moment. If your parent kept you alive until you were able to keep yourself alive then they did their job, the rest is up to you.
