Re: Chris question about your response

Thank you so much for this excellent information, I guess my instincts were right cause I always felt as though it was the next level of detox. But Fonty I really tried to keep going but the pain was excruciating that I really couldnt go on. Now with me breaking the fast mid detox what happens to these toxins? Does this render the fast ineffective? Any suggestions may be should I do a follow up fast a week later to get to the stuff I left off? Do you think next time I should just stay on the fast and wait for the detox ro pass? I guess the real burning question is after 21 day does stopping mid detox render my fast less effective this is really cause for concern because prior to the last fast for weightloss all my prior fasts over the years were for health and the thought of not achieving this goal after 21 days left me with a sour taste. My next fasts say in 6-9 months will be for health reasons just a good old detox diher than eating healthy and excercise do you know anything different I can do to avoid this problem? Do you get this too? If so what do you do? Sorry for too many questions but I never asked before cause I wasnt sure anyone would know its not something I see being discussed often if at al

Thanks
