Hi kozzmic I agree with what everyone else is saying. Most likely you are in ketosis already as the symptoms you describe are typical fasting symptoms, but the things you are adding to your body during the fast aren't helping you at all. As has also been stated it is even worth reducing your water intake while the reflux is happening if the water appears to be making the reflux worse in any way.
The reflux is tough! It can burn and it tastes foul when it reaches the mouth. I've also broken fasts while suffering reflux and being too exhausted with it to be a good dad to my kids. Some say that pursuing an Active Fast can reduce such symptoms, allowing other ways for the toxins to be released. It's a bit contraversial but have a read and see what you think:
