since scabies is mostly misdiagnosed as allergies, antihistamine sure helps the rash and itch , and I believe that dowsy, 24 hour ones make the eggs miss it's cycle, or make them sleep, so they do not crawl out. use with pesticide, or to be safe, incase it's not really scabies, use neem oil+turmeric+olive oil(oregano oil?tea tree oil?eucalyptus oil, mint,lavendar?) I tried most of them, not neem, oregano, and I know tea tree cleans skin well, eucalyptus makes you awake, lavendar calms. Ols chinese medicine were made by people who tried them on themselves first.
Chinese have tons of med curing parasites diseases. For people here, who do not use antihistamine to help, will suffer immensely.
