i've done a little online research about scabies... and as i understand it... it is not the eggs that are causing your problem... it's the adult... the female burrows under the skin to lay her eggs... and also... another interesting note... the adults can only live for 72 hours without a warm blooded host to supply their nurishment...

it seems to me that animals/rodents/rats/mice would be the primary carriers... so perhaps the solution to your problem would have more to do discovering where they are coming from... and exterminating any rodents you may have on your premises... anyhow... it's just a thought...
