Re: mercola groupies
I actually think Mercolas judgement was good on this one. He's reaching a much more mainstream population than the CureZone faithful, and I think this is one very real concern with CS. How many of us on hearing about CS would be sophisticated enough to know the good from the bad before buying? 10% or so? And what about Mercola's audience.
Shining the light on remedies that are potentially harmful when overused will make people feel that much safer with the huge number of bening treatments that are out there. I agree that
Colloidal Silver is a must have alternative to
Antibiotics to use along with oregano oil and
Iodine (which I've used many times). But someone who jumps on the CS bandwagon only to find out that it turns some people blue/gray could make them feel like they've been taking too many risks going the alternative route - and we all know that couldn't be further from the truth.
Mercola has such reach and influence that even bringing CS up at all will help its uptake. And the fact that he fairly represented its benefits makes the article probably a positive overall - though his flair for the dramatic headline made the article err a bit on the side of alarmism.
But he's one of the good guys that's getting some truth out to the public in a bigger way than any of us could hope. Lets cheer him on and save our ire for the multitude of interests that are colluding to keep us sick, toxic, and slaves to big pharma. I wish there were many more Mercolas doing what he's doing and with the same inpact.
