Coyotes and dogs are very different genetically even though to some they may look alike, as with many other life forms on this globe. In fact, the wolf is closer genetically to a dog, than a coyote is to a dog. I like all of them for what they are though. They're a nuisance, and I've seen men pull over the side of the road when they spot a coyote , pull out their rifle, and plug it. Me ? I didn't create em, so I figure I shouldn't destroy em, unless they encroach my space. Nature must be respected. Murdering coyotes isn't the answer to anything. I can hear the coyotes most mornings woo hoo woo hoo hoo hooo.......
