MH really stresses me out sometimes

I respect him and his way of life, I really do. And I truly enjoyed using his kidney herb formula. But I dont agree with him on a lot of stuff. LIke any vitamin pills are poison, Iodine is poison, anything that doesnt come from a plant is poison, etc. He has one extreme point of view, and there are many other extreme points of view which say the opposite thing. I dont like extreme points of view as a general rule. I think iodine, vitamins, herbs, cleanses etc are all both essential to some extent and also MEDICINE which should always be used when appropriate and in moderation.
