Herbs can shrink your ....
I've seen it alleged that
Iodine makes a man's testes shrink, but I think that's a farce. At least for me it didn't happen - quite the opposite.
What makes nuts shrink is PLANTS. Can you spell P-H-Y-T-O-E-S-T-R-O-G-E-N-S ?????
Mostly daidzein and genistein, but there are others you can read about. Try
http://www.phytochemicals.info
- there's more on there than is listed at the left, but you have to be aggressive to find them, not a job for an herbivore. Or do a little search about kudzu, or soy. Or the glycerrhizic acid in licorice is an anti-androgen. Or the DIM (di-indole methane) from brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower). It's anti-androgenic. Powerfully anti-androgenic. Saw palmetto ? Wanna talk about phytosterols ?
Plants are why vegetarians are a docile lot. If you want to be really mellow and docile, eat plants all the time, plain and simple. No offense to vegetarians, I respect your choice not to eat animals, just as I'm sure you respect my choice to use the canine teeth that God popped into my mouth when I was a pup.
Maybe
Iodine can make nutz shrink, but I've never seen any evidence of it. But many herbs can.
If motivated, I could name many. Most of the herbs offered on the internet probably contain phytoestrogens.
Here you go - turn a boy into a girl, with herbs:

Note: Does not contain iodine.
I've never "supplemented" with herbs. I'm GLAD I didn't !!!
Here's more fodder:
