Re: V? Do you cook with herbs?

I don't use herbs in cooking, except for a little rosemary I pluck, and a bay leaf I steal from my professor's tree on occassion. As far as liver goes, I just buy fresh calf liver and don't worry about hormones, pesticides, etc. The grocer claims it's all natural.

I really think that the presence of canine teeth is very telling about what we're intended to eat.

The method and location by which some mammalian bodies store fat is species-dependent. Anyone whose ever cut up cadavers knows that those of european descent store fat on top of their muscles, while the african's fat is stored intertwined in the muscles, which is why africans can appear so Schwarzeneggerish in large numbers. Between the races, the skin layers are differnt, the muscle / fat mechanisms are arrayed differently, the bone structures are different, toenails are different, the heat/cold tolerances are different, and the brains and how they process information and emotions are probably not exempt from some differences either. If they weren't different, we'd all be the same. What a boring world it would be without diversity. I celebrate it daily.
