V? Do you cook with herbs?

Thanks V! You have me thinking in a whole new way. I was raised vegetarian on a cattle/chicken farm. Even though I use to hunt raccoon with my dad I still can't stomach looking or cooking raw meat other then ground beef but I am getting better.

I need to really dig into this becuase I think your onto something very important here about herbs and liver. Here at this forum so many of us have been living in warm/hot climates and we can't get warm. The Eskimo's are not freezing to death, and cold has not driven them out of their native land, so they must have a much warmer body temp. due to their meat eating geneology. I need to study these people more, but I do recall seeing a show years ago, if I understood it right, they have a healthy fat layer that we as a southern society do not have. Our fat is in the form of what I'm going to call globs that do nothing but cause us ill health. Their's is completely different.

I always wonder why my friends, who are African American who do eat liver, hate the cold but love the heat. Where my family seem to hate both the cold and the heat. Must have to do with nothing but the body be able to regulate itself becaused it is fuel by the right food.

As far as testes, ovaries and breast are concerned I need to study more on testes (since there seems to be more research) and maybe I will understand ovaries all the more.

So do you use herbs in cooking?
I do not use supplements but extrememly guilty of cooking with them.
What do you look for when buying beef liver?
I know your in Cattle Country and I am completely jealous but hopefully I will find some descent liver where I am. Don't you just love the sweet smell of a clean cattle farm? Most folks can not appreciate that wonderful aroma.
