I woke this morning, so ready to give my seawater bath a try-out. I added in 2 sheets of nori seaweed, a handful of moist celtic
Sea Salt and the left over magnesium tables I had from last night, 1 gram. Then I soaked, and it felt very good, and I loved watching the nori come unglued..it was all around me, and I was floating in all its jetsam of bits and pieces. The water felt alive, and the first thing I felt was a tingle in my right toes..it quickly went away. But that's how the water felt, electrical. The night before I had painted my breasts with
Iodine mixed with a bit of oil, so I didn't add anymore
Iodine to my salt water bath, and the seaweed contains Iodine.
Next time I will put the nori into a nylon sock to keep it from getting all over, but really it ends up being in so minute particles, that it drained very well.
I got out and I did rinse off the bits of seaweed in my hair, still had some to comb out.
I was very hungry by then, so I ate a hearty breakfast, but before that I HAD to drink some water..quickly..I could tell how quickly..you get that feeling of just feeling weak that you have to get water now..so I went to the tap and drank my fill from tap water, not the distilled I have that was already poured and waiting for me, but tap water. I felt I wanted charged, live water and it just felt intuitively right..for me. So, I'm going to stick with drinking tap water for now. I did go back to distilled for 2 days now, but I'm not sticking with it.
Anyway, the thing is, I have figured out that it's the ocean water I swam in, lived near, walked in its sands, year round for many years that I can confidently state kept me energized and functioning, (along with the thyroid meds I was on for hypothyroidism and goiter which gave some little bit of Iodine). Now if only I had been on
Iodine instead of the thyroid meds how much better decisions would I have made, how much more productive would I have been? And especially how much more stable in emotion would I have been?
I was bathing, walking, breathing in Iodine, magnesium,
Sea Salt , silica, Vit-D from the sunshine, and whatever else a healthy ocean gives to us.
I have pictures thru out my own history to show how important the ocean is in terms of our health.
My suggestion is get to the oceans and beaches when you can and swim, breath in the goodness. If you live near a beach..lucky you! Get in the water a couple times a week, and a lot in the summer! If you can't get to the ocean, then make a daily or a couple times a week seabaths and add what you can come up with to mimic the salt water, seaweeds, sea vegtables,
Sea Salt , epsom salt, magnesium and don't forget the Iodine! Soak as long as you want. Oh, and continue taking your Iodine!
I found that after soaking in the hot tub of my faux seawater I wanted much cooler water, so I added in the cool water and bathed in it.
Oh, and btw, I figured out why my right side, from my lower back to my hip, to my thigh and just above my knee ached, (on going for about 16 years) and why bragg apple cider vinegar is such a help, raw foods, green juices, etc..and why I want so much magnesium, lately (thanks to Iodine!). I am about 99.9 % sure it's a kidney stone, a large one that is blocking a tube or whatever..but it's the right kidney, and the problems are being caused by that stone. Lucky me huh?! I hope that when it passes due to all the enhancing protocols I've been doing in softening it up, that it's broken into small pieces before it passes(some of the health problems are gone now). I have no doubt that it has been there so long, that it probably does harbor parasites. That's why the
parasite cleanse was so curative for my thigh area. It's the Iodine that has stirred the pot up!
