Me too! People here are just really amazing in sharing so much.
Ok, I've learned today there are a lot of Magnesium whatevers out there...mag oxide, mag peroxide, mag chloride, chelated mag, mag sulfate, mag gluconate, mag hydroxide, an Oxy Mag Powder..and on it goes. And yet I never heard of magnesium oil? Do you buy it already like that or mix your own? I guess I'll go in search of mag oil! Sounds like it would be so relaxing on tense, stressed muscles!
Oh and yes...I'm going to use the magnesium oxide and vit-C to bowel tolerance..or stomach tolerance, which ever comes first, then I won't push it beyond that. Magnesium has never been a problem for me though..probably shows how deficient I am in it.
