Re: Grams of Magnesium and Vit-C/Continued..
I'm just going to add my update on the mag and Vit-C here for now.
I set out my 5 grams of magnesium oxide and 8 grams of vit-c ( I did up the amount from where I started with 3 grams of mag oxide to the 5 grams)as usual to use last night. I don't make myself wake up to take it, I just wake up naturally, go to the bathroom to urinate that's when I'll take another 500-1000 mgs. of the magnesium and 1-2 grams of the vit-c. I was taking all of it, until last night, I slept longer each time in between the doses, I didn't use up all the magnesium and vit-c, and I slept in late this morning..until 9:30 am. I had a wonderful, peaceful, restful night. I had loose bm right at the start after I awoke, I did have some urgency to empty my bowels, but nothing that was uncontrolled. It was very cleansing I'd say.
I had 1.75 grams of the magnesium left and 2 grams of the vit-c left. I didn't take those at all.
My colon hasn't gotten any of that pain that is situated from my descending colon thru the transverse colon to the ascending colon since taking the mag and vit-c. Whatever blockages were there, are breaking up..healing, or whatever it's doing..I don't really know. I do know that I'm limber and light feeling without any stiffness or cramping in my legs..and my arms aren't getting any of that falling asleep sensation, except for a tiny bit still in my right arm. In fact I get some little bit of tingling in my toes, which I like, it feels like I'm getting blood flow there and it's doing a cleansing job thru the night. It never last long..seconds..but then I do fall asleep, so it could be on going.
Maybe the magnesium and vit-c will taper off on its own accord, and I'll actually sleep thru a whole night eventually? That would be weird, but a welcome change:)
I have a feeling this is might be a fast, but short protocol to help with the detox symptoms of my upping my
Iodine intake. I don't know yet, just seems like it has worked from the first night and might not be needed for too long of duration.
