Re: Grams of Magnesium and Vit-C/Continued..
Yes, to the hot bath and drinking lots of water. I feel very energized and of course I took my
Iodine this morning, after my breakfast this time. I keep thinking you get a re-charge from the salt water..and maybe that really helps to get things re-energized?
I remember I would open my eyes underwater in the ocean too, ( I wouldn't ever do it in a chlorinated pool or my baths) so I did that in my faux seawater bath. I think you must get some thru the eyes also, that could be curative. It's a guess on my part..but hey..what can I say, I'm gonna blame the
Iodine I'm taking for making me a 'thinker'!
A hot bath, especially a very curative type bath can open up all those little blood vessels, gets blood flowing, etc, and I think before getting up out of a bath like that it's good to use some cold water in it. I liked the cooler water better than the hot water and stayed in this bath quite a long time.
I remember getting home after some hours at the beach, and being so thirsty and hungry! Sometimes we just went down there without taking extra water, but you do accidentally drink some of the seawater...even if you spit it out..you still get a gulp now and again.
As for pollution, if they posted signs that said, Warning..contaminated, no swimming, we would go in. I'd wait until it was cleared up. The smaller pollution that they seem is acceptable is still a shame, but I think that even then, you don't give up going in the ocean as it's too curative. I think the moving waves are probably better even than the stiller deeper waters..but I don't know that.
I'm wondering now if they keep saying Brazil has the most beautiful people in the world, is due to their love affair with the beaches and all their sunshine? More research!
