Re: Grams of Magnesium and Vit-C/Continued..
Yesterday afternoon, I went to the Athletic Club and got a free week guest pass, in order to try out their salt water pool and jacuzzi. I soaked and swam in the 92 degree salt water pool..(no trouble floating in that thing) which was lovely. Then I went into the salt water jacuzzi and they recently had cleaned the jets which were working pretty good..then I found 'bad boy' jet..and I let that jet work my right kidney area really well. Maybe too well..because I was rather nauseas from stirring up ever more waste in my body from doing that.
I went in to lay on the side of the womens locker room private jacuzzi which is chlorinated and less warm, but once I felt better, and my fill of drinking water I got into that one and soaked and relaxed, and then I went in to the smoothie bar and got my free smoothie they offered me when I got my guest pass.
I came home, ate, got ready for bed, got my mganesium oxide tablets and vit-c ready for the overnight supplementation, the magnesium is now in 250 mg. tablets that I bought, and still the vit-c is the 500 mg. tablet. I put out 750 mgs. of magnesium with 1 gram of vit-c to go with it. I put out 4 doses to use.
I took my first does at 9:30 pm and went to bed, drifted off to sleep. At 12:41 I awoke gently and took another dose, and went gently back to sleep. Then I didn't wake again until 6:31 am to take another does, and I went gently back to sleep and awoke at 8:30 and got up. I didn't take the last dose. I slept better than ever, and longer too! I also have no pain in or near or from my right kidney last night, or this morning.
I'm going to continue with the 120 mgs. of
Iodine per day, divided into 2 doses, one at 10 am and one at 3pm. I take my multi-mineral with my second dose of magnesium and vit-c in the middle of the night. I take my super B vits during the day.
I'm going back to the pool, and jacuzzi as much as I can during the next 6 days and work on the right kidney especially.
I'm also going to continue with my seawater baths daily if possible. At the very least 6 days out of the week. It's a priority right now for me.
