I am used to fasting for like 16-18 hours before eating and i used to do this daily.Now sometimes i eat breakfast then a lite snack before lunch,but more often then not I'd just opt for a late dinner while fasting throughout the day including sleep hours.

i don't find that meat gives them strength ..though really rare meats used to back when I ate them that way.inorganic rare meat really kicked in the Candida but organic meats I rarely had problems with exept for making my wallet lighter.

i may go back to them just only eat meat every so often.
