If you are having samples analyzed, re-focus and tend to things in the present.
I am not an expert on parasites, by any stretch of the imagination, but my son took a similar sample to his doctor and it turned out to be rolled up toilet paper.
You mentioned that you were concerned that the lab results would be "negative," and I don't understand that. If you don't have parasites, that's a very good thing. If your physiology is way off it could be due to a number of things.
You mentioned adderall, smoking, vaping, and relationship issues - withdrawal from the physical addictions (adderall, etc) present their own effects. It's not uncommon to experience extreme anxiety even long after cessation. The rift in the relationship can cause even greater issues that are physical, emotional, and spiritual.
For me, the first thing to do was to take a physical assessment of what my symptoms were. Many of them pointed to an auto-immune disorder, so I had many, many tests done and was finally diagnosed with
RA and psoriatic arthritis.
Rheumatoid Arthritis is similar to psoriatic
Arthritis in some respects, but psoriatic
Arthritis often presents with symptoms of nail fungus and candida - both of these conditions are auto-immune-related.
THEN, it got to the emotional aspects of my state of anxiety. I engaged in intensive counseling therapy with a trauma specialist, and went through a number of emotional, behavioral, spiritual, and physical changes. And, it continues, each day.
With the continued recovery and healing, I have taken steps to eliminate certain things in my diet that cause the symptoms to worsen: sugar, excessive carbs, processed foods (fast foods being the WORST), soda beverages, prepared foods, etc. I made decisions to eat whole foods that I have prepared, myself, and that have either been grown by me, or by local farmers. This includes meats - grocery store meats are infused with a TON of sodium which add to edema, swelling, and discomfort.
Movement - physical movement (even when I'm in pain) really helps to re-focus my attention away from my pain and anxiety.
Meditation - sitting quietly, sipping a cup of herbal tea, no distractions from t.v. or other devices, and envisioning calm scenes and sounds. OR....prayer can be a meditation, along with positive personal affirmations like, "I'm okay, and okay is good enough."
A willingness to accept whatever hand we're dealt is also a profound release. I know what my issues are, what my limits are, what my goals are, and so forth. I don't argue with these things, even if I don't "like" what I'm facing.
I wish you bright blessings on your recovery and healing journey.
