Worms in stool?

Okay so I have had some really weird intestinal stuff happening if late and very “mucusy” poop. Well today we saw little worms moving in dogs stool so I pulled the “mucus” out and it was like connected and tougher than mucus. What kind of worm is this? Maybe able to upload better pics also.
