I have to clarify, that the feelings I describe are totally unrelated to not drinking alcohol.
Unfortunately, the very same weekend I was preparing to start the glycerine protocol, an event that totally destroyed my inner well being and peace of mind occurred. And it will continue, unless there is divine intervention – so it is a bit of a bad coincidence. And since it is internal to the spirit (though external to my person), and not within my control, it has to just be.
The thing that comes to mind is that my adrenals will be affected, so I will try to provide support through chlorophyll, and B vitamins and I do have some adrenal support caps.
As for the glycerine, I have to say, it works just as described in the website I posted below, and as it did the first time I tried it. You must be punctilious about following the recommended 3 tbs per day or you will notice that tingle.
And – if it holds true to my last attempt, once you cut down, the craving is for more than usual. So I plan to stick to this as suggested for at least one year.
There is no need for alcohol. Period.
I drink a glass of lemonade (1tbs. Glycerine, ½ lemon juiced, 16
oz water) 3 times a day – 2 coinciding close to with my usual “after work drink” time. So timing may be different for different people depending on the time that they drink. (Some may need 4 /day)
As for sleep, I had been sleeping beautifully before, and amazingly – though now it has been affected by other events, I am convinced it is not from not drinking, since in Feb. my sleep was not affected at all.
