stress
Hey MadArtist,
It's good to hear that your mind is getting clearer. You alluded to some sources of stress in your life (external to the alcohol) that are having a draining effect on you, but just remember that when withdrawing from booze, the smallest things can provoke fears of impending doom, inspiring the most pessimistic of outlooks.
I'm not trying to make light of whatever stresses you've got going on in your life; obviously they are real and very taxing, but as you know, when your head clears and you get your blood
Sugar issues under control, you'll be able to handle the stress a lot better, and things won't seem so "impossible" and irrevocable.
Wishing you the best.
I'm excited today because next week is my 4 month anniversary of being sober. I started taking another round of humaworm a week early, because I've been noticing a big increase in cravings for
Sugar & junk food lately (so I'm wondering if the little
parasite things are trying to stage a comeback). Then after the humaworm is done, I'll make some of that herbal recipe that RG described in her email from this week, to take as a daily supplement for the months inbetween the humaworm medicine:

On the subject of stress, I've noticed that although I'm sober now, the stress in my life hasn't gone away. The difference is in my ability to deal with the stress, in a more effective and assertive way. And because of that, I like the new me, and value the improved sense of focus on life that it has given me.
