Stay with everything you are doing, and never give alcohol a chance to undo your resolve. It will try every trick in the book to talk you back out. Just never enter into the debate with it. Just tell it NO and then jump into some activity that that occupies your hands and your mind. If your health permits, something physical. For me, nothing insures a good night’s sleep like physical exhaustion.
Eat, keep your stomach busy as well. Whole foods, lots of dark greens. I know some may disagree, but Sugar does help with cravings. Honey or hard candies can help.
