Hang in there, Mad-Artist. If you have any die-off symptoms (from killing the parasites) coupled with your alcohol withdrawal symptoms, that'd be a double-whammy. Just be vigilant of your blood sugar, so that it doesn't get too low. That way, you can minimize the mental, emotional "bad weather" that comes with the withdrawal process.
Hopefully you've got access to plenty of healthy snacks for the tough moments in between meals? Having a zero-sugar snack (brown rice crackers, buckwheat, quinoa, vegetables etc.) before bed can help keep your blood Sugar up during the night, so that you'll get better sleep.
