Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod

Was so busy yesterday went right from work out to eat.

At only 2 Tbs. - mistake. One led to two, had 3 (strong) drinks. Not good.

Will not go back to day 1 - too discouraging. Do over of day 8 seems more postive.

Feels kind of empty, but must reboot and keep going.

Had a dark talk, typical of being affected by alcohol. No good.

Feels uncomforatble today, like a cloudy soul.
