Day 7 - just rolling along
Sunny Sunday (and a temptation)

I did another SWF this morning and it was very similar to yesterday. Took about 30 minutes to start passing and then a further hour to complete. It took a lot of effort not to vomit but settled down after a few minutes (chasing it with a few mouthfuls of peppermint tea and adding lemon to the SW have been invaluable tips). I started by passing sludge and ended with yellowy clear water which felt good. So far I've drank 3 glasses of lemonade and it's 2.30pm so I think I'm ready for another. I'm trying to add more cayenne pepper.
I have been dry body brushing the last few days to help improve my circulation and I have taken a hot bath every day (climate change forgive me) to help release toxins through the skin. I also did a clay face mask yesterday evening to try and draw out impurities and it left my skin feeling really soft. I think this whole thing has inspired me to take more care of my body in every way and I think I will be very conscious of what I am putting in it and on it from now on.
That said I went to a Gay Pride festival in our city (I live in Brighton in the UK for those who might be interested) yesterday and they had this amazing vegan burger stall there which I've eaten from before. They do the most yummy burgers with all different salads, relishes and egg free mayo. That was definitely my toughest challenge yet because I only ever see the stall at festivals so I've missed my only chance for a while. Ah well, I can always make my own I guess.
That's about all for now, I'm having a really chilled out Sunday and spent the last couple of hours reading the papers in the sunshine in my local park. Doesn't get much better than that.
