Well this one's exactly what it says on the tin really. The mucus has arrived, which is a very strange feeling indeed. I'm not sure I have passed any 'sludge' but then I'm not sure how that really differentiates from bog standard (arf arf!) dioharreah? Anyway I can't wait to do a salt water flush to get it all out!

In other news I am stil thinking about food ALL THE TIME even though I'm not hungry and I need to keep busy to keep my mind off it, which makes me worry about the weekend where there are fewer distractions.

Today has generally been good though and I'm pleased with myself for sticking at it for this long.
