Wow, thank you so much! I can see the number at the top of my page saying that people have looked at my blog but I figured that it was mostly people clicking on it by accident and not actually reading. It's nice to know that it might be of use to people.

This is my first big cleanse (although I've done salt water flushes and netti pots before) and it's definitely been tough. Even now on Day 7 I'm thinking about all the food that I'm going to get to eat once I finish. But that said I see this one as mental preparation for future fasts and cleanses so the good definitely outweighs the bad.

After this I hope to start taking parasite herbs, up my intake of pineapple and pumpkin seeds and maybe even fast on them for a few days (at least I know that it's possible now) and then I will do the first (of many I hope) liver flushes. They actually sound quite good, I know the mixture will taste gross but it's only 3/4 cup so it will be gone quickly (quicker than the litre of salt water!) and you get instant results.

A master cleanse is a great way to start a cleansing journey it mentally prepares you and allows you to see and feel the effects on your body. It has inspired me to live a much healthier lifestyle and has given me more confidence in what I can achieve. You should definitely go for it.
