Yesterday was a breeze. Much as I expected, the temptation was much less when in an office setting. First of all I work with 2 men and neither eats lunch, second when you’re busy doing work you don’t have time to think about food. So all in all it was a good day, much easier than the weekend.

This morning was the first morning I worked out. I felt pretty good, making sure my heart rate was between 120 and 130. I only did a half an hour but I’m sure it will help to get out all the toxins.

I am feeling pretty good this morning and am looking forward to drinking my juice at the end of the day. I would really like to get my room cleaned tonight since it’s the first time in a long time I’ve actually had time to get it done. So…tonight has to be the night or I‘ll never get it spic and span.
