Day Twenty Eight!!!!

Started the day out pretty tired because I have been sleeping kinda crummy lately because of my right shoulder..
After juicing my oranges and drinking some I felt much better.
Juiced my oranges. Took my bf&c capsules along with my ginger, uva ursi, and olive leaf capsules. Drank two cups of 4 herb tea today. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water.
Did 40 minutes on the trampoline for a total of 4,400 jumps. Did 1000 a-b punches, 20 regular push ups and 20 tricep push ups. Did a bunch of stretching as well. All and all a very good workout.
I have decided to go to forty days, so anyone wanting to jump on is more than welcome too. The more the merrier,
