Day Twenty Six!!!!
Not much longer!!

It is day twenty six and I am still at it.
Drank my orange juice. Made a new batch of 4 herb tea. Drank my bf&c tea and some herbal tea. Took my bf&c, olive leaf, ginger, uva ursi capsules. Did my maintenance dose of the parasite cleanse, which is two teaspoons black walnut tincture, and two droppers full of wormwood tincture and six clove pills.
Spent the day splitting wood, cleaning out the chicken coop and doing other chores around the farm. Had a very enjoyable day.
In the evening I did some stretching, twenty regular push-ups, twenty tricep push-ups and 4,200 bounces on the trampoline. Then I did so more stretching and cooled down.
Been so busy haven't had much time for the computer. Hope everyone's fasting is going good.
I am either stopping on day thirty or forty, haven't totally decided yet. My wife keeps bugging me to quit, so I will go until I can't take the nagging any longer,lol.
