Can you say, MANIAC,lol.
My wife thinks I am truly insane now. She keeps bugging me to stop. I said, look, I haven't wasted away yet. I am still here. I get my work done and I feel better than when I ate the SAD diet. I do have to say I did feel just about as good eating my raw living food diet as I do when I fast. The energy level is about the same, although some days when fasting you get those special highs.
I am looking forward to eating again when I have completed this fast. Teeth were made for a purpose, and it wasn't for biting each other,lol.
Juiced and drank my oj today. Had three cups of the sorghum tea, and finished my gallon off today. Drank two cups of bf&c tea. Took my ginger, uva ursi, olive leaf and bf&c capsules today. I am up to twelve capsules of the BF&C a day now. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water. Tried out MH's tooth powder last night, I think next time instead of sprinkling it on my wet toothbrush I will mix it into a paste first and then apply it to my toothbrush. I think that will work better.
Spent an hour and a half weightlifting today. Hit the biceps, triceps, and forearms real good. Did some stretching before and after. Did twenty push ups today as well.
I love the feel of a good workout. Gets the chi flowing.
Hope everyone else is doing good. Who else is still fasting in the forum?
