Day Ten!!!!
Flying High, Feeling Free

This has been a great fast. I must be really stirring up some old stuff because I have had some crazy cravings yesterday and today.
Did my normal stuff today. Juiced and drank my oranges. Took my herbal teas. Swallowed my olive leaf, ginger, and uva ursi capsules. Drank my three drops of oregano oil and water. Had a couple cups of my sorghum tea. Basically the same thing, different day.
Spent pretty much the whole day cleaning my house. I did split some wood outside because it was so nice today and took a walk. I just love the sun. One of my teachers(blackie chan, my little black bunnie) was up early sunbathing most of the morning. I got a kick out of that. Just follow nature, it will teach you how to live a better life.
For extra exercise I did push ups, 1000 a-b punches and some stretching. My legs are a little sore from yesterday, but it is that good sore. You know, the one that tells you, your muscle is growing man. I swear my legs are as hard as steel now,lol.
Life is good. I love the clarity and insight your receive from cleaning yourself out. Makes the fasting so worthwhile. The mind and body just seem to run much more efficiently.
I hope you all have a blessed weekend. Take a little time out for yourself and find a quiet place and turn your eyes inward. You might be surprised at what you find.
