Day Three!!!!
What a wonderful day!!!!

What a great day.
Split a bunch of firewood, hit the weights real hard today, and worked on my remodel job in my master bath along with all my other chores as house Dad.
Today my stomach stopped growling. This usually happens on day three when you are fasting. Contrary to popular belief, your stomach growls because it is in healing mode, not because you are hungry. The reason it stops growling when you eat is because your stomach cannot heal and digest food at the same time. Only by fasting can you heal your stomach.
If you would like to learn more about this fascinating subject read Arnold Ehret's book "Thus Speaketh the Stomach". Worth its weight in gold.
It still amazes me that you can gain such an increase in energy by not eating solid foods. Totally changes the way I relate to food now.
I did my normal protocol today, juiced my oranges, drank my teas, made up a new batch of the kidney cleanse tea to soak overnight so I can simmer it tomorrow. Took my oregano oil, olive leaf capsules, ginger and uva ursi capsules, and my sorghum molasses. I also split and drained and cleaned four young thai coconuts so I can drink the coconut water. It is nature's gatorade, an excellent way to replace lost electrolytes.
I also freeze the coconut meat and then I eat that when I am not fasting. It makes a divine raw cacao pudding and also makes great noodles for live raw dishes. It also tastes great just blending it up with a little raw honey or agave nectar.
