Day Seventeen!!!!
I can't believe it is going by so fast!

Had another great day today.
Spent most of the day cleaning inside and outside the house.
Hit my shoulders, back, and chest with the weights for an hour and a half and did some stretching as well. That felt really good. My arms are limp noodles now,lol.
Juiced my oranges, drank my teas, and took my ginger, uva ursi, olive leaf, and bf&c capsules today. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water and had my cup of 4 herb tea. Also had two cups of sorghum tea today, one in the morning, one in the evening.
Stayed up late last night reading, like 3:00 am, then did my twenty minutes of pranayamic breathing before I crashed. I slept in till noon,lol.
Felt a little tired today because I didn't get enough sleep. I tend to toss and turn a lot because of my messed up shoulder.
Not much new to report other than that. Everyone have a great weekend, I will post again tomorrow.
