Day Twenty Seven!!!!
Here we go again!!

As much as I enjoy fasting, I am sure going to enjoy eating again.
Juiced my oranges. Took my herbal capsules and teas. Made a new batch of 4 herb tea today. Drank my three drops of oregano oil in water.
Did some push ups and stretching today, not much else in the exercise department. Didn't sleep real good last night because of my screwed up right shoulder so I didn't have massive amounts of energy today like I usually do.
Went grocery shopping for a few things tonight so I can start a batch of my raw, live, dehydrator crackers tomorrow. They take a couple days to make so I wanted to have them ready in case I stop fasting on day thirty. I haven't decided if I am stopping on thirty or forty days. Time will tell.
