I keep losing day after day. I still have about ten to fifteen pounds to go and then I should be able to see my abs. Just another wonderful benifit of fasting.
You will get to your normal weight once you start back on food. All you can lose when fasting is waste matter anyways.
You could try adding coconut oil to your diet when fasting to give you more fats. I also drink coconut water and that could help too.
