I was very active today, as I drove into Delaware and checked out the health food shop. It wasn't much but still it was very nice wonderful healthy things that I might decide to consume once I am off my fast.
I walked about 3 miles, which is a lot since I am not feeling that great. I am having the nausea which means that my ketones must be high. I haven't bought any new ketone strips to tell if they are high or not, but the wave of nausea kind of points to that factor.
I walked down town looking at the little shops, which carrying my water bottle, sipping it here and there to chase away the nauseous feeling.
I stressed out a bit, as I started my monthly, but it was different. That really stressed me out, as I thought I might be pregnant. I have never had a very light cycle before, with hardly any cramps. Then of course, I usually use a tampon, so watching the sanitary pad, I was worried that I wasn't expelling enough. So I did some research to find out that drinking a lot of water can shorten a monthly cycle as well as stress. I tried not to stress out, but I couldn't help it. I will just have to watch the next couple days to see if it gets heavier, as it usually does. I have never had a abnormal monthly cycle when I have fasted in the past. I am quite worried about it as it could be possible that I am pregnant, which would not be a good thing right now in my life, especially with P.
I plan on watching my monthly cycle, to see how it goes and decide what to do after it is over.
Still resting and sipping water with lemon.
Coughing is still bad to the point I almost feel like I am a having an asthma attack at times.
