I am doing well other then feeling horrible. I have been resting a lot since I haven't been sleeping well. It is partial a stress thing, as well as I think I caught something early on in my fast. I know it sounds crazy, but the coughing has gotten worse, my sinuses are draining like crazy. I really don't know.
I haven't done much at all, but laying in bed, watch cartoons and stay warm, as I have been getting cold so easily, it is not fun at all.
I drank a bunch of water because my cough has gotten so bad, as my throat is sooOooo very dry. I even bought a humidifier to help with the dry heat in my bedroom, if that was the cause of the dry, dry throat.
I have become a hermit in my own home. P. thought I was sick, since I have been laying around so much. I told him, I don't have much else to do since he spends time with his son in the guest room and doesn't socialize with me. Of course, I camp out in my bedroom, so I can't hear the laughing and all the fun they are having playing Uno from the living room. Yeah, I haven't been feeling well, but still, it doesn't help then the guy who says he loves you ignores you as well.
Oh well.

The weekend seemed to drag on so slow. I went over to a friend's house, as I got tired of laying in bed and watching TV most of the day. I am trying to get active.
I started to spot, as I am starting my monthly. I totally forgot that it was coming up. I haven't hardly had cramps.
I am still not feeling that great. Still coughing a lot, which I think is keeping P. up when he does come to bed around 4 a.m or so. I have thought about putting lemon juice in my water to help cut down mucus that draining like crazy. My throat is still very dry. I really don't know what that means or what is causing it.
I got a little bit active! Yay!
I drove to Delaware to a health food store to check out what they had, but they were closed, so I might go back on Monday, since I am on Vacation. I did go to Buhler's grocery store in Delaware, to check out their tea selection which is much better then Kroger's in Marion. I bought some Detox tea as well some Oolong tea for after my water fast is over.
I am worrying a little bit about visiting my mother, as she will try to get me to eat something. I have been thinking that I might just have to break my fast just for this reason, and then pick it back up again if possible. I will just have to see.
Still feel a bit horrible, but I am working my way through it.
