Not quite a good start... Starting over today.
Failure to Launch. Starting today instead.

Even though yesterday had a good start all up till the evening. After the (healthy) dinner, a couple of friends just showed up with a couple of bottles of wines and a chocolate cake (it was my husband's b-day last Saturday).
So it all went down the drain. I drank wine and ate the cake. It was wonderful.
But this morning (Tuesday) I woke up early with a headache and a guilty feeling. I do not have any willpower, apparently.
However, not to discourage myself, I am starting the 8 week diet today.
I walked to work this morning, and plan to walk back. I brough my lunch - a small salad without any croutons. I will exercise in the evening and have alight salad for dinner.
I won't weigh myself till next Tuesday morning.
