prep week goes on
just taking some notes on the preparatory week... before the 8 week plan starts on Monday.
Date: 8/13/2009 2:05:45 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1239 times Wed night was a bit tough: my husband wanted us to dine out. But, in the spirit of change, i refused and instead made a salad (a big salad, but still - a salad). and we just watched TV aftrwards. I have to say, dieting is boring.
This morning (Thursday)i stepped on the scale and once again was appaled - 192Lbs! i think this is the highest so far - and this is all despite 4 days of nothing but salad and moderate exercise (I did Pilates again).
Anyhow, I think weighing oneself can be very demotivating.
I think i will just weigh myself once every week. Definitely in the beginning of the 8 weeks plan!
On a positive side: i look well rested, my skin is clean and somehow, though no weight loss occured, i feel lighter.
Oh, and my energy levels are quite high.. : )
