Week 1 Day 1
week one, day one.. not a lot of motivation though..
Date: 8/17/2009 1:44:57 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1256 times Weight this morning: 195.8 (ouch. I think it's the highest i have seen).
I am pretty sure about 5lbs of it is water weight, as we ate sushi for dinner. but still.
Had a pack of rasbberries for breaksfast.
Lunch: Greent salad, avocado, corn, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, pine apples chunks and chicken (white meat). I weakened out and asked for croutons. not going to happen tomorrow.
Snack: Green apple.
Dinner: Salad with crab meat. yum.
After dinner: mint tea
Exercise: 20 min accelerated pilates exercise.
(didn't walk today - too lazy).
