A summary and weigh in of Day 16 (END FAST)

Day 16: 159.3lbs.
Today I am stopping my fast. I walked 4 + miles, did pilates, abs, push ups, stretches, and arm weights. I feel great! I'm going to try to eat some solid foods today... then do maybe 3 more days of juicing, and then 2 days of raw, and then resume normal daily eating. Happy juicing! :)
Starting Weight: 174.6lbs.
Ending Weight: 159.3lbs.
Total Days: 16 days
Quick summary: I messed up two days and there were a few days towards the end where I would have spoonfuls of peanut butter, which isn't exactly detoxing. I felt bad the first day, another day due to my period where I didn't want to do anything, and one more day where I was also exhausted due to just drinking water. I walked and did pilates everyday and it helped. I didn't need to be fast or anything but it felt nice to get some exercise and it helps when the weather is cool and gorgeous. I still did some weights every once in a while but I noticed that it was getting harder and harder to do especially towards the end. Once you get over the hump, the happy mood starts coming and that feels great! I never really noticed too much of a detox physically. I have bad breath, I broke out a little bit, I noticed some discharge for a day or two when I went to the bathroom, but that's it. Since January 1st I've lost about 34 lbs. and about 40 lbs. since December '07 (mostly because of raw). My skin is a little loose, I noticed, maybe I lost weight so fast. But I'm sure that if I continue on a raw-ish/ healthy lifestyle my skin will regain it's elasticity. I enjoyed reading about all the yummy benefits that fruits and veggies have to offer. When I come back from my trip, I plan to juice some more!
