A summary and weigh in of Day 6. (Broke Fast)

Day 6: 165.9lbs.
1 big pear
1/2 cup spinach
few chunks of cucumber
2 small apples
small bunch of red grapes
I woke up in an incredibly good mood. I took a 3 mile walk and had a bounce in every step. I felt like I wanted to run or skip or something. I was very happy today!
6::55P: Ok. What a disappointment. I ended up eating a small bowl of chicken, rice, and curry today. I just can't stay away from Mussamun curry! And to make matters worse, it didn't even taste that good! And T tried to be so helpful too, telling me to wait five minutes and see if I really wanted to eat but I was just so stubborn. I don't totally regret eating the food because it was my choice. I shouldn't have done it but, what's done is done. I can only focus on being better tomorrow. If I ever get another craving, I will try to remember that I messed up today and it didn't even taste that good.
I walked 3 miles, did leg pilates, stretched, and did some abs. And girly push ups.
I have to drink more water. I feel parched all the time. No second juice for me because I ate some food: 3 small spoonfuls of jasmine rice, 1 chicken drum, 2 bites of potatoes, and of course the curry sauce. I added tons of red pepper flakes.
