A summary and weigh in of Day 5.

Day 5: 168.2 lbs.
1 asian pear
2 small green pears
4-5 broccoli heads (small)
small bunch of red grapes
7:58A: I got a nice 7 hours of sleep. I slept pretty well. I only woke up once because I had to let the dogs out. I didn't wake up with any aches or pains today and my stomach isn't really bothering me from my period. I'm still really happy with my will power last night when I went out. Not drinking that one drink would've been icing on the cake but oh well! I feel a little antsy though that I didn't get a chance to do any pilates, walking, or stretching yesterday and I forgot to take my vitamins. I will do them today. When I juice, I enjoy the wonderful array of colors that eventually mix together and turn into some yucky brown color. But the red grapes are maroon, the spinach and cucumbers are a bright spring green, the carrots are orangey and full of goodness, the pears and asian pears are a slight off yellow but super sweet. I love it!
10:10P: Well today I only had that one juice. And I don't even think it was 28oz. I'm surprised I'm not feeling tired or anything. I moved the whole day, I even did some arm weights (10 pounders). We went out to eat AGAIN tonight and I sat and watched as 3 people scarfed down their burgers and fish tacos and fried zucchinis. Once again I was tempted to eat a fried zucchini but instead I dipped my finger in the sauce once (which was really yummy!) and that was it. I had water during dinner. I thought I was going to get Jamba Juice but that never happened. I didn't juice in the evening because I had nothing to juice! So we went to the store and I brought apples and pears and kale and spinach. By the time we got home, I was busy trying to fix my phone and now it's 10 at night and I just want to go to sleep. Tomorrow I will get up early and get some juice into me. I had a few BMs. The first was very liquidy and BLACK. I maybe had 2-4 more BMs. I'm glad day 5 is over! It's almost been a week!
I stretched, did abs, did my leg pilates and walked about 3 miles. Also I did some lights weights on my arms. Oh and girly push ups!
