Juice 1:
2 small apples
1 big apple
2 carrots
1celery
1/2 cup spinach
cubes of cucumber
1/2 cup chopped kale
1 pear
Today I messed up. I went to a buffet at 9 in the evening and stuffed myself silly with dead toxic foods...!!! From prime ribs to mashed potatoes to dessert. I didn't eat a whole lot of one thing but I ate a little bit of everything. I feel very full. It didn't take me long to feel full. And my stomach is gurgling like crazy and I'm very thirsty. I find out that every time I eat something other than raw fruits or juice, I get very parched. It's a second mistake. I shouldn't have done it but I don't really regret it because it was a good day and C's last day here. Since he's been here we've been out to eat a couple of times where I just sat there and drank water. It felt nice to join in. I'm glad I listened to my stomach when it said that it was enough. But... where's my water???!
I walked 3 miles, did pilates, stretched, abs, and 30 girly pushups. I'm going to not weigh myself tomorrow because I'll be disappointed but rightly so as it was my own damn fault for breaking my fast. Here's to a better tomorrow!
