Day 8
A summary and weigh in of Day 8.

Juice 1:
1 large apple
1 small apple
1 large pear
2 carrots
2 strawberries
1 celery
small bunch of kale
small bunch of red grapes
small cube of cucumbers
1/2 - 1 cup spinach
Other than the occasional mind f*ck where I feel like I WANT to eat something, I'm not really hungry. I can go a whole day with only one juice, sometimes it's less than 32 oz. and then I just drink water the rest of the day. I don't feel too tired. In fact, I'm not really feeling much of anything detox-wise. I have bad breath but that's about it. I still have yet to find out what fuzzy teeth feels like, I'm waiting for my skin to break out, I'm expecting the headaches and the crappy feelings to overwhelm me. I hope that I don't have to wait until later on in my detox to get these feelings. I wish that I can go through them now and then feel awesome later!
I walked about 5 miles and did pilates, abs, and 15 girly pushups. The temptation for pizza hit me this evening when everyone had some but I knew it was just in my head as my stomach didn't want it. I'm focusing on drinking heaps of water. Here's to a great tomorrow!
