Day 7: 166.3lbs.
1 large apple
1 small apple
1/2 - 1 cup spinach
small bunch red grapes
1/2 cup kale
After eating the food last night, it was probably a mental thing but I felt like I just downed a bunch of caffeine. I felt agitated, my heart was pounding and the thought of something that was solid, heavy, and toxic in my stomach bothered me. It was a very small portion of food, but it made a difference. But I'm not going to dwell on it. Today is a new day! And today makes it a week!
I walked about 4 miles, did my leg pilates, abs, and stretches, and girly pushups.
I haven't had good BMs though.
