Day 11 - 13
A summary and weigh in of Days 11 - 13.

Day 11: 164.6lbs.
Juice 1:
2 small apples
1 big apple
1 big pear
cucumber cubes
1 1/2 celery
2 carrots
1/2 cup kale
3 mile walk, pilates, abs, pushups, stretches
I have horrible breath!
Day 12: 163.7lbs.
Just heaps of water and 1 serving of peanut butter (and that peanut butter was the best thing I've tasted!!! :) )
3 miles, pilates, abs, pushups. I should drink more water and stretch often.
The thing that's getting me through this fast is the fact that I'm so close to my end date. Upbeat music that puts me in a good mood keeps my spirits high. And then just focusing on the changes that my body is going through is nice. The weight loss is a plus. I pamper myself; by giving myself a bath, or lotioning up, or taking extra care of my feet or hands, or getting my hair done or my eyebrows waxed allows me to be in tuned with my body and I forget that I'm doing this fast! Here's to a better tomorrow!
Day 13: 162.3lbs.
This is the first time where I've felt really weak. It's probably because I only drank water (and not enough of it) all day yesterday. But I went for a walk this morning and that was fine. But then I came home and a few hours later I was trying to do my leg pilates and all I wanted to do was fall asleep right there on the floor. I may juice today.
4 tablespoons (2 servings) of peanut butter and one Lindt chocolate ball to go with my herbal tea (BM stimulant). I have to say... I probably went overboard with the peanut butter, but it was the best tasting peanut butter I've ever tasted. So good!
I walked 3 miles, did abs, pilates, and girly pushups. I will focus on drinking heaps of water and stretching before I go to bed. If I don't lose weight tomorrow it's because of the peanut butter. The tea is making me go to the bathroom which is nice because I haven't had a good BM in a while.
Here's to a better tomorrow! Only one more week!
