Day 10
A summary and weigh in of Day 10.

I was so uncomfortable after dinner last night. It felt like I ate a whole bowling ball and then tried to gulp down an additional gallon of water. My stomach was upset and gurgling and making odd noises. It was awful. And I realize that after eating solid foods, as small as the portions are, I am always SO thirsty afterwards. And last night was no exception and I wanted to just drink and drink and drink but I was so full that every gulp of water made me want to throw up. It was really just ironic how parched I was, but drinking water made me feel worse. I went to bed unhappy.
Today I haven't juiced anything. I feel better and I went for a 3 mile walk in the morning. I haven't done any pilates or abs or stretches. I may do them later tonight, I may not. I took a 1 or so hour nap in the afternoon and didn't feel like waking up afterwards. Not much energy. I think I'm just going to drink water just for today, to make up for last night. My stomach is just exhausted. It doesn't want anything. I don't feel any urges for food or anything else at all. I'm going to keep in mind how I felt last night whenever I get the urge to break my fast. Also, last night made me realize how important it is to properly break a fast. I can't just juice for 14-21 days and then immediately go eat something. It just won't work!
